Developing interface and control management systems from zero, they are totally dedicated reflecting customer needs. Moving Srl is therefore able to provide an easy to understand and use package that can be developed and modified at any time according to needs and any new analysis specifications.
IML label control with linear camera system
The application allows for a quality control on the label on plastic containers applied with IML (In Molding Label) systems.
The control system and the user interface have been totally developed by our technicians allowing the maximum flexibility of the application.
The type of camera used is linear, which allows the entire flat label to be reconstructed after having acquired it completely by rotating the bucket.
The device works with recipes that are created by the user and whose parameters are totally customizable according to the needs that quality control requires.
The developed system is able to recognize the following parameters on the label:
- The correct alignment
- The possible presence of wrinkles
- The presence of missing parts and therefore integrity
- The presence of defects
If the check finds that the piece is not uniform to the specifications entered it will discard it automatically.
There are also statistical data on the quantity of rejected items and the defects that are found, this option interfaced with the company system allows a control on the production also identifying what are the errors that are mostly found.
Scoops quality control machine
This device allows the quality control of pieces such as plastic scoops which are loaded onto the control belt by a vibrator and analyzed with a double camera system, top and front.
The control system and the user interface have been totally developed by our technicians allowing the maximum flexibility of the application.
The checks carried out by the system are:
- Dimensional check
- Presence of inclusions or dirt
- Presence of deformations
- Homogeneity in color
The device is able to work with 80 pcs / min and in the case of a piece that does not conform to the parameters it will be automatically discarded by a pneumatic blowing system.
The internal count of the "good" pieces makes it possible to identify the end of the production lot.
There are also statistical data on the quantity of rejected items and the defects that are found, this option interfaced with the company system allows a control on the production also identifying what are the errors that are mostly found.
Control for bucket orientation
This device integrated inside one of our handle fitting machine is used in a line where the buckets come in a completely random way , this system permit to identify the position of the bucket itself.
Once the analysis has been carried out, the results are transferred to the handle fitting machine allowing the correct alignment of the piece needed for the insertion of the handle.
Quality control for buckets label
This device integrated inside one of our handling machines allows quality control on the labeling of the bucket before the insertion of the handle into it.
If the control is not passed the handle will not be inserted and the bucket will be rejected by the machine.
The system works on recipes that can be modified and created easily using the dedicated user interface.
